Restore a purchase (Acupoint Plus)

Acupoint Plus is a one-time purchase tied to your Apple ID. If you reinstalled the app or switched devices, open the Acupoint Plus screen and tap “Restore Purchase”. Make sure you are signed in to the same Apple ID you used to buy it.

Manage or cancel

Acupoint Plus is a one-time purchase, not a subscription, so there is nothing to cancel. For App Store purchase or refund questions, visit Apple’s billing support.

Delete your account and data

You can permanently delete your account and all synced data from inside the app: open your account settings and choose Delete Account. This cannot be undone. See our Privacy Policy for details.

AR face & hand tracking

The AR features need camera access. If tracking doesn’t start, check Settings → Acupoint → Camera is enabled. Your camera is used only on your device to locate acupoints in real time — images are never recorded, stored, or sent anywhere (see the Privacy Policy).

Notifications & reminders

Reminders are optional. You can turn them on or off in the app, or in Settings → Acupoint → Notifications.
